Step-by-step instructions to access your Member Portal:

1. Click the "Member Portal" button in the top-right corner of this page
2. Enter your email address that you used when signing up for membership
3. Check your email - you'll receive a secure link to access your Member Portal
4. Click the link in the email to log into your personal Member Portal

In your Member Portal, you can:

• ✅ Cancel your membership at any time
• 💳 Update payment methods and billing information
• 📧 Change your billing address and contact details
• 📄 View and download all invoices and payment history
• 📅 See your next billing date and membership status

Note: The portal link is valid for 30 minutes for security. If it expires, simply request a new one using the same process.

No hidden fees! The membership fee is the only recurring charge you'll pay for your OFL Membership.

When you make purchases as a member, you only pay the product price plus applicable taxes - no additional membership-related fees or markups.

Your membership provides discounts and benefits, so you'll always pay less than non-members for the same products!

Yes, you can cancel anytime with no penalties! Simply cancel through your Member Portal (see instructions above).

When you cancel, your membership will continue until your current billing period expires. For example, if you have a monthly membership that renews on the 15th and you cancel on the 10th, you'll keep all member benefits until the 15th.

Important: No refunds are provided, but you maintain full access to all member benefits and discounts until your paid period naturally expires.

As a member, you earn points on every purchase. Monthly members earn 1.5x points and annual members earn 2x points compared to non-members. These points can be redeemed for discounts on future purchases, exclusive products, or special offers.

Members get exclusive access to special products that are not available to non-members. These are premium, limited-edition products specially curated for our membership community.

Monthly rewards are based on calendar months (1st-31st), NOT billing cycles!

This means your monthly reward becomes available at the beginning of each calendar month, regardless of when your membership renews. For example, if you signed up on July 15th and your membership renews on August 15th, your August monthly reward will still become available on August 1st.

Each member can redeem one monthly reward per calendar month. Check your available rewards during your visit to see what's ready to redeem!

Member Day occurs on the last Friday of each month. On this special day, you can bring a friend who will enjoy the same membership discounts and benefits as you for that visit only.
